All too often we’re confronted with what sporting event to place a wager on. And with so many options today, punters are literally spoiled for choice. I like to think of myself as a seasoned bettor – a proverbial jack of all trades in the sporting arena. For me there is one particular sportsbook that meets my expectations – Betsson.

Pick and choose when it suits you

I have to admit that when it comes to sports betting, there is nothing worse than having limited betting options. If I want to punt, then I want to be able to bet on football, rugby, cricket, boxing or motor racing at any time. This includes during the games too. And that’s where Betsson Sportsreally makes it easy. Their feature-rich live betting options (in-play betting) are all the rage.

Players can enjoy all the latest sporting events including the NFL, NHL, Premier League, PGA, Tennis Masters, ATP Grand Slams and much, much more. Whether you enjoy the Cricket World Cup, the Rugby World Cup or the Mixed Martial Arts Championships – you’re in luck. It’s all happening at Betsson with generous player bonuses and real-time stats. There are great player odds and over 4,000 sporting fixtures to bet on.

Sports bettors will relish the opportunity – I’m sure – to bet on football from every angle. If you’re sad that the FIFA World Cup 2010 is over, fear not because Betsson is covering all the major games throughout Europe and the rest of the world. For those of you who enjoy a bit of a walkabout, there’s Mobile Betting too – so make the most of it and have a great time.

Price per head wagering – call center services.

2010 is certainly the year of global sporting events. What with the FIFA World Cup 2010 already in full swing in South Africa, punters and sports aficionados are lining up to get in on the hottest gaming action. And there’s plenty a pretty penny to be made in the process too. But it’s not only football that punters are placing wagers on – it’s tennis, hockey, Formula 1 racing, UK and Irish horseracing and much more going on. Clearly amidst the massive spectator interest in the football, little else is dominating headlines – at least until after July 11th at the conclusion of the tournament.

Fans of the football have already enjoyed some of the most stunning entertainment with some surprise upsets in England, Korea, Mexico and the USA, but other teams have been showing incredible resolve and determination such as Japan, the Netherlands, Slovakia, Spain and Portugal. Naturally the performances of Diego Maradona’s Argentinean charges have left the world gasping in awe. The tournament favourites Brazil look set to lock horns in the final – barring no surprise upsets along the way.

For fans of other sports, there’s plenty to go around. The world of tennis is buzzing with the performances of top seeded players in Roger Federer, Jurgen Meltzer, Sharapova and Williams. Wimbledon truly is the ‘strawberries and cream’ tennis tournament of the year. Across the Atlantic Ocean, Americans will be cheering wildly for their most popular sport with the arrival of Super Bowl XLV. Sports fans will hoping that Saints will be able to make it 2 from 2 in the coming year. If Drew Brees can lead the attack once again, then this team is certainly the one to beat going into the next year.

In anticipation of the finale for the FIFA World Cup 2010 I’ve managed to fish out some stunning videos – here’s an example of one such example:

I have a bit of a soft spot for the Australian soccer team, the Socceroos, in the World Cup and watched their game against Ghana last night. Whilst I certainly don’t expect them to be the winners, I was hoping that they would improve their game and give a few others a run for their money. This is the third time that they have qualified and I dare say the third time that there has been a (bad) ref decision against them which has led, or at the very least contributed, to their loss. Does anyone else smell a conspiracy theory? The poor coach, Pim Verbeek, is getting whipped in the Australian media over his rather bizarre team selection for the World Cup and following the Aussie’s defeat at the hands of Germany. Titan Bet now has now set the Socceroos chance of winning overall to 251 to 1 and are up next against Serbia. Provided that they beat Serbia and Ghana defeats Germany, then Australia is still in with a fighting chance.

Titan Bet have launched their own dedicated World Cup guide and in recognition of the fact that not only the Cup but their site has an international audience, they have just added four new languages. Titan Bet is now available in English, French, Italian, Spanish and German. This will allow Titan Bet to have an even broader client base across Europe and comes just in time for the World Cup later this year in South Africa. In their World Cup guide you can access detailed information about each competing team and is full of useful football betting tips, news, updates, trivia and insights for all the sports fans to enhance your betting knowledge. It will help you make a more informed decision about where to place your money. The number of people betting on the World Cup will be staggering and in fact the final match, to be held on 11 July, is anticipated to bring an unprecedented number of sport bettors. The guide also gives tips on who they believe will be the top scorer which is the second most popular bet after the overall winner of the World Cup itself.
Enjoy your betting on the World Cup!

If the answer is a resounding ‘YES’, then I suggest you immediately (if not sooner) check out this promo from Titan Bet. They currently have an insane promo called the $100 Million Mania. I’m often skeptical of casinos claims but in this particular case I’m pretty sure it’s safe to agree with their motto that is this ‘is the biggest prize in sport this summer’
The contestant who successfully predicts all 64 match results in the 2010 World Cup in South Africa, will win the jaw-dropping grand prize of $100,000,000. Yes. You did hear me correctly.
So if this seems a bit unrealistic or unachievable, then perhaps you should aim for second prize. In the event that no one guessed all 64 match results correctly, a guaranteed prize of $1 million will go to the contestant with the closest number of correct predictions.
If you have having trouble selecting your teams (and who wouldn’t be with so much riding on it!) take a look at the World Cup Guide and a blog that has been launched by Titan Bet.
You have until 11 June 2010, the start of the World Cup (FYI there are just 54 days to go!) to complete and submit your prediction forms.
The challenge is open to both new and existing Titan Bet players. But there a couple of (easy) hoops to jump through first before you are eligible. First, you must activate your registration form via a confirmation email that will be sent to you. Then open a real money account, and place a bet which can be for any amount and on any sport.

A couple of weeks ago I wrote a post about the 2010 World Cup to see if anyone had decided yet which team to back. Now I wonder if anyone has decided which sportsbook (or even sportsbooks?) they are going to rely on. Yep, you may want to use more than one. It’s probably a fair bet to say that absolutely every online sportsbook will be covering the 2010 World Cup as it undoubtedly one of the biggest sporting events in the world. So I bet you’ve been asking yourselves which one will be offering the best odds, the best service, the best promotions or is the most convenient. You will also want to go with an online sportsbook that has a strong knowledge of football to help you make an informed decision about where to place your money and has good coverage and up to date news about the matches. With regard to the odds, as we get closer to the event, they will probably fluctuate quite a bit so you will need to keep a close on them to make sure you get the best value. There are no doubt going to quite a few World Cup related promotions too just to increase the betting frenzy and excitement of the event and I hope to keep you updated about these as I come across them.

The spots for this year’s FIFA World Cup have now been filled and the 32 teams know exactly who they will be competing against in the first round … which will be kicking off in precisely 150 days from now! Even thought the competition will be held between 11 June and 11 July (in South Africa) which seems like a long way off, it’s time to start considering who you’ll be placing your money on since we already know which teams will be competing.
So who is this year’s favourite? Italy is the current champion and have won four titles whilst Brazil has won a record breaking five times. However, it is Brazil and Spain that are the early favourites to go head to head in the Final. They are joint favourites with their odds presently at 9/2. After Brazil’s lack lustre performance in 2006, Dunga took over from Carlos Alberto Parreira and has by all accounts assembled a fine team for this year’s cup. Brazil is in convincing form at the moment and qualified convincingly. Spain, however, has also put on a strong performance during the qualifying rounds and won 10 out 10 of their matches. Hopes are also high for England to win a second World Cup Title and even though they came out on top from a difficult qualify group, personally I don’t think I would be placing my money there.
As an aside, last year more than 715 million people round the world watched the last 2006 Final (where Italy defeated France in dramatic fashion)!!!
Here’s K’naan’s performing the theme song for 2010 World Cup …

Earlier this month Manchester United’s Ryan Giggs was crowned the BBC Sports Personality of the year, followed by Formula One world champion Jenson Button and athlete Jessica Ennis. The winner of this annual prestigious award is determined by a public vote on whose achievements have been most outstanding. The veteran winger’s win came as a surprise and even shocked the bookies. He had been an outside chance (even with his 11 league titles and two Champions League winners’ medals) amongst a strong field of contenders. Some 518,000 votes were cast in Giggs’ favour giving him the edge on Jenson who was ultimately the runner up. The win must have come as something of a shock to Giggs also since he hadn’t even prepared a victory speech for the eveningand was very nearly lost for words. Giggs’ victory only goes to show what a soccer obsessed nation we have become. Here’s some footage of his acceptance speech.

Last weekend’s match between Chelsea and Man U was a battle of the top dogs in the Premier League and resulted in Chelsea now being the clear leader on the ladder by five points. They went in to the match as the slight favourites and in the end the final score was Chelsea 1-0 Manchester United. Captain John Terry scored the second half-goal in the 76th minute with a free kick from Frank Lampard. Man U came close on a couple of occasions but Chelsea defence proved too strong. Chelsea has now set a new club record of 11 straight home wins. Both Man U and Chelsea drew in the Champions League matches this week ahead of the game with each other. Manchester had to work hard to level the score with CSKA Moscow and fought back from a deficit of 3-1.
